30 in Built-in wall oven with upper microwave

Model Number: 911.41485890 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Microvae works but the lower oven control does not work. The oven light works but the clock on the control panel and all other options are not working like setting the clock or punching bake, etc. I checked the breaker and its ok.

Open the control panel. Remove the oven touch pad ribbon from the control board and clean it, using an eraser.

Plug it back and check if it works.

If it did not help then the control panel has to replaced.

In order to provide the right part number I need the color of the control panel.
