Model Number: JKP780K3 Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
Our electric GE Dual Wave II oven is not working properly. For some time now, it takes forever to get to the proper baking temperature, and cakes and other pastry items are not cooking properly. The digital readout says that the oven is at a particular temperature, but a store bought oven thermometer put into the oven usually shows a temperature about 50 degrees lower than what the oven readout shows. What do we need to do to fix this problem? New thermostat?
