Whirlpool Range F5-E1

Model Number: Model # GS395LEGQ 5 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

The range is showing this error code and will beep at me about once every minute or so. I tested door switch and got 0 on my digital multimeter when the switch was depressed and nothing when the switch was open. I tested the switch on the door latch and got the same result. I tested the relay on the door latch and I get no change at all. No zero reading. I'm not sure what my multi meter considers infinity but it's a Sears digital multimeter. I set it to automatically sense the range of Ohms from < K, K and M. When testing the relay, I get no result, no reading other than 0.L (zero dot ell).
This is the part that I tested and got no reading.
Part Details - WHIRLPOOL Door latch assembly, part number: AP3968900

Is it the door latch that is broken?

Kinda need a quick answer so I can get the parts ordered today.
