My Kitchen aid oven is acting up. The ignition process starts properly with the blower coming on then the spark ignition and gas valve opening. This happens on bake or broil. After about 10 seconds the flame shuts down and the oven must go into lockout because there is no additional attempts at ignition. If power is cycled, the one ignition trial is repeated. I cleaned the ignitor/flame rod with steel wool. I instpected the solid state boards under the cooktop assembly for visible problems. The spark is plenty strong. I am an hvac tech so im pretty savy on electronics. I verified that the thermostat was not erratic by using my ohm meter. There is an ignition board and a control board. I need to know more troubleshooting data or maybe and experienced tech to say it is always one or the other. I just hate to spend the money to buy both and be a parts changer. Thanks for any help.
