Elements stopped working
Model Number: RDF30Q Brand: Thermador Age: More than 10 years
I have a Thermador RDF30Q that was working fine until I used the self cleaning feature. After cleaning the oven the elements do not heat. The oven has electricity, the gauge shows the oven being called on but the elements do not heat up.

What is the serial number of the range?

There is a high temperature cut-off (#5 on the diagram). It is resettable (push button in the center) but it's hard to access it. You have to remove the side panel.

Worked just as you said
The reset button did the trick. However it took almost an hour to take the whole stove apart in order to press the switch. I had to get help to get it apart but at least it is ready for Thanksgiving. Thanks for your help. I know I would have been ripped off by the Thermador repairman if I could have ever got one to call me back.
