Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/16/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		After turning OFF our elec oven we noticed that the lower heating element had a white hot spot that continued to burn. After about 10 minutes it was burning very hot and spreading along the element. Had to pull the smoking hot oven from the wall and unplug to get it to stop. Can you tell me what might be wrong? Thanks.
