Amana won't heat past 215

Model Number: AER5712AAQ Brand: Amana Age: 1 - 5 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

My grandmother has an Amana oven and stove that stopped heating the bake element. I pulled the element and checked for continuity, there was none. The element was replaced and now when the oven is turned on, it will heat to 215 then pop the breaker. What issue might I have? What should I check?
