Default My GE/Kenmore gas oven/stove.
Model Number: 362.75488891   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years

Broiler was on and cooking. Hear an electrical pop, the oven went dead and the cirucit breaker triped. Reset breaker and the neither the oven or the broiler would come on. I found a piece of the bake burner had melted/shorted to the igniter. Replaced both nothing, then replaced WB19Koo36 Control Valve, neither the oven or the broiler will work, the 4 top cooking burners lite and work, the oven light works, the clock and digital controls all seem fine. NEED HELP.

This is a natural gas oven

You did all the right steps so far. The most likely cause left is a burned out relay on the control board. You would have to replace the whole control board to make this oven work.
