Oven not working, stove is ok
Model Number: KERS507EAL2 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: More than 10 years
Hi there,
The oven is not working and when I plug into the electricity, the oven door is automatic locked and I can hear the noise of the switch turned to locked. The digital panel is blank, apparently without electricity. This is all electric oven and stove. And the surface stoves are working fine. The serial# is IMH2085794. What happened was my mother baked potatoes in the oven and when it was about 80% done, the oven was turned off; the door was locked; and the digital panel went blank. There was no smoke or anything.
