Here is the wiring diagram
http://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208053304.pdf

If the stove top and oven elements do not come on then you have either a bad connection or a power problem.

How do you know that it has power?
The control panel and oven light will work (they use half the line 120 volts) but you may not have the correct power for the elements (require the full line 240 volts).
If it was net checked with a meter at the plug flip the beaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing measure the voltage at the plug.
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 yto Neutral and L2 to Neutral both should be 120 volts.

If OK
Unplug the unit and check for a burned off wire at the terminal strip in the unit.

If OK
Check the wires in the line cord for continuity all should be 0 ohms.

If OK
Check further in the unit for a burned/open wire

We figured out that there was a burnt wire and had to rewire the house for 220. Thank you for your help!
