Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I just received the control board clock I ordered to fix the oven. I do have a question about installing it. In the item description Part Details - GE Control board, clock, part number: WB27T10327 it says " This part is different from the original and the wiring has been changed, it may require a service tech for install." What has changed in the wiring? I was hoping the control manual that came with it would have said something, but it does not. Also the photo shows a big white plug with 4 wires. I did not receive one of these, just the single black wire, and some wire nuts.

Yes, it went together just fine, and works great.
