After I turn off the oven a few hours later it will start to bing. It will continue until you hit cancel. It will then start to bing again after a few seconds. Again, you have to hit cancel to stop it. It will do this three or four times before finally shutting up for good. It has been doing this for the past three or four years.

It has just recently started to bing randomly when the oven is on. I have to cancel and reset the bake temp. It only does it once when it's on, but I'm worried this is going to get worse and make the oven a complete nuisance to use.

I just replaced the electronic clock, so the display is now back but it didn't help with the bing issue (not too surprising, but I was really hoping!). The oven works fine, so I really don't want to have to replace the whole thing, but the binging is really getting annoying.

Check the meat probe jack (#8 on the diagram) and its wire harness for a shortage. If there is nothing wrong then probably the control panel has to be replaced. If you need the correct part number for the control panel then post color of it and the serial number of the oven.

Nope, no error codes. I'll check the wiring you mentioned and see if I can see anything. The color is white and I'll have to check on the serial number.
