Model Number: KEBS208DBS8 Brand: -brand- Age: 5 - 10 years
2 years ago right about now, the Oven stoped working, What I noticed was
Solenoid was not popping out when door is closed and oven working (not locking) which caused door open error. When I pull on it it worked for a while. I thought it was stock due to grease build up. Then control panel fried costing me over $400 dollars. Last week it broke again. So I look up on manual and did some investigation on my own. Solenoid when, disassembled from oven unit, when inserted into cylinderical slot it is held by magnetic power. Is the function of the Solenoid, to reverse polarity to kick out the contact when door is closed and oven activated? If it is, the fact that my solenoid does not work like that means I have bad control panel? Please let me know, and thank you Ads By Google Related Models |
