Hi. Our oven stopped working after we used the cleaning cycle. We have used this in the past, and never had any problems. No, it doesn't work. We pulled the oven out and checked wiring in th back. Nothing appears to be burnt or overheated. Any help is appreciated.

Here are the parts
Replacement parts for FRG FCS366ECC | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is the wiring diagram
http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodin.../318271911.pdf

Our oven stopped working after we used the cleaning cycle.
Is it totally dead (no display etc.)

We pulled the oven out and checked wiring in th back.
Did you check the power in with a meter?
Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
The control panel only uses half the line.
I do not see a fuse that would kill the entire unit.
I do see one in the temperature probe circuit, if this opened the unit would think it was overtemperature and not heat up.

Thanks for the reply. Unit is not totally dead. Cook top works. Broiler and oven do not. Display works. We did not check with meter but we will do this. We will check out the probe circuit. If the probe fuse is fine and the meter checks, what else could be the problem? The thermostat????

OK. I think the problem has been located. The power cable comes in and is wired to a harness where hot, neutral and ground wires exit. The hot(red) leads to a fuse(i think it is a fuse). Then, the red leads to the front under the cook top. i cant see where it goes from there.... I tested the fuse that I mentioned above for continuity and it doesn't test. So, that means the unit isn't getting power. I am trying to locate this part. Are you aware of this part I am talking about? I could take a picture and post it, but I do not beleive that the forum allows for this. Please advise.

Thanks!

Chris

What I earlier called a fuse is a sensor. We went to a repair shop here locally and they confirmed it was a sensor that was stuck open. They don't have a replacement part. The numbers from left to right are
