oven/range heats beyond setting
Model Number: rb525s11 Brand: Hotpoint Age: More than 10 years
The oven preheat light does not go off when oven is turned on and the oven heats beyond setting. When it is turned off, it will turn off. Would this be the thermastat and termastat only?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for rb525s11 models | AppliancePartsPros.com Would this be the thermastat and termastat only? Since it is a mechanical thermostat odds are high that it is the problem.
