Default Troubleshooting oven not turning on
Model Number: RLD312-UL   Brand: Caloric   Age: More than 10 years

My oven pilot light is on and the oven will not turn on even when I turn it from the dial. What could be wrong. When calling your site they said it could be a gas valve or igniter. I need your expert advice, as I cannot use my oven. Please respond at your earliest convenience. Thank you. Caloricrepair
