Model Number: RBD275PDB14 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
I have already replaced the erc and the membrane then it gave me a code for the door latch. ordered the door latch and installed and the lights won't go off in the oven and I get a F5 E0 code and the oven doesn't work, just gives me these codes. The door latch is not identical to the one I took off but it bolts up and electricl connections are the same. I have ordered all my parts fro a.p.p. and they say I must talk to you first before they will replace parts. What do I do now??? My email is sherinus@charter.net. Thanks, Thomas

Here is the tech sheet.
http://www.servicematters.com/docs/w...%208302068.pdf I would check the door and the latch switches with a meter. I would also check that none of them are4 shorting to the frame. Alternatively, you could Unplug the unit Short the door switch wires together Tape than up so they cannot short to anything Disconnect one wire from the latch switch. Also tape it up so that it cannot short to anything. Plug it in and give it a try. If you still have the same error odds are high that the board is no good.
