I just replaced the baking element on bottom of unit. A few days later decided to start the self clean process. Baking element will not turn off since cleaning was finished.
Any ideas?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL RBD305PDQ1 | AppliancePartsPros.com

I am assuming that the only way to turn it off is to trip the breaker.

Is the element on full heat?
If yes then odds are high that you need a new control board.
Either it's electronics are shot or the bake relay's contacts are welded together.

If it is on at a lower heat or only part of it is heating, it could be that it is some how shorting to the frame. Then it will get 120 volts all the time.
Sometimes this can happen through the feet of the element.

Default Oven won't turn off.

You are correct. It was the control panel. I decided to buy a new oven rather than spend the money for a new control panel.
Thanks!!
