Continuously movements up/down
Model Number: ERV 36 Brand: Dacor Age: 1 - 5 years
The raised vent goes up and down continuously when plugged in. Where do I start to fix this??

I cannot find any info on this unit so the below is just general info.
Usually there is a switch or switches, that tell the unit that it is at home or extended position. Could be the switch or whatever actuates it is shot.
