Unhappy lost connection for broiler unit

We successfully (yanked) the broiler unit from our 10+ year old stove. Didn't realize the new one would need to be plugged into the female connection behind the wall. Can visualize one connection but can't reach it with needle-nose pliers and can't even see the other one for the insulation.

You're probably going to need to pull the range out and take off the back panel to access the wires. Make sure the wire ends go on nice and snug.

Thanks! Just wanted to be sure that was an option before we opened the back. Will it be easy to spot from the back? Do you advise any specific tools?
