Model Number: 790.757751102 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
We had a power outage / surge yesterday. I woke up last night to the stove beeping, like the timer was going off and the screen blinking a "f1" error code message. The oven was on but no lights on the display panel saying that it was on. I have unplugged it and replugged it in but the same thing happens, oven comes on and after 15-20 minutes (once it's pre-heated?) the F1 code starts blinking again. Do I need to replace the EOC, I think that's what it's called after surfing around different websites? I saw someone refer to it as a runaway stove, temp just keeps going up in oven. I was just hoping someone could confirm or give a different solution before I order the part. Thanks everyone.

Most likely the problem is a bad EOC aka a clock/timer. The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.
Gene.
