Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

The bake element is not heating at all, and only one of the 3 broil element coils is heating up. This happened suddenly, worked one day and not the next.

Since I don't have all the fancy voltage meter stuff to test the elements like many sites suggest, I just need a little advice. Does this sound like an element problem or something else? I have a baby due this weekend and don't want to waste time and money buying parts that aren't the problem. And I honestly don't think the oven is worth a lot of repair, but if it's a cheap fix, I'll go for it.

There are a few parts involved in the heating circuit and, if you want to save $$$ you have to perform some tests. You do not need "fancy voltage meter stuff" to do it. A simple multimeter (about $20) would work. Let us know when you ready.
