I noticed a dual-surface element on my JennAir Model JES9900BAB glasstop stove began buzzing while off. It would stop when I turned the element on, but every time the element was off, it would buzz. I shut off the circuit out of fear of a short circuit, but what part should I be looking at as being the source of the problem? The element itself? The switch?

I've looked on the forums and elsewhere, but I can't find anything addressing this issue—especially since the burner will still turn on just fine.
