I have a Wold Double oven and the upper oven stopped warming. Last time this happened, I reset the thermal switch at the back of the oven (small red button behind the back cover) and it returned to normal operation.

This time, after pushing the button, I am not able to turn the circuit breaker back on at the fuse box -- it keeps snapping back off. I removed the thermal switch and did a continuity check with my multimeter. It shows continuity unless I actively hold down the red button, then it interrupts the circuit.

One thing I observed this time is that when I went to push the red thermal switch button, it doesn't "click" in -- just springs in and pops back out. Not sure if this is what is supposed to do but, in any case, now I'm not able to get any power at all to the oven.

What could be going on and what do I do next?

Thanks!
