I have a Viking gas cooktop VGSU1014BSS with sealed burners. I'm trying to disassemble the unit to clean it, but I cannot get the burner retainer rings off (they look like this:

I've let them soak in PB Blaster over multiple nights, I've tried using two flathead screwdrivers as I saw in another online post, I tried the Dacor tool seen here

and I've tried a hammer hitting a screwdriver - can't get the damn things to budge, but I sure have bent them out of shape.

What else can I try? Nothing seems to be able to get a good enough grip on them, even after using a Dremel to cut the notches flat again. Do I have to just cut them off and buy new rings? Would love advice from anyone who's tackled some really stuck rings before!
