I've tried calling, but since the parts are discontinued, the only recommendation was a universal knob kit that doesn't match at all. :( Our finish is stainless steel and the original 42mm knobs look like this:

I'm looking for something that will look factory even though it isn't. I've seen some bosch knobs that seem like they will work, but I don't know about sizing of the stem. If anyone has run into this issue and has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I plan to rebuild the knobs later when I have time using a filler to just make the entire rear of the knob solid, but I need something in the meantime to get by and/or in case they can't be repaired.

Thank you for any suggestions.

I went to Lowes today and was looking at the various stainless steel cooktops and their knobs. I forgot to bring my factory knob, but it looks like any of these should fit--the question is which one will look like it was a factory knob. I'll keep updating this thread as it seems like I'm not the only one that needs a replacement knob for these great ovens.
