Oven Lock Is On But Door Is Open
Model Number: JGB918SEK4SS Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
My door lock is on (only on during cleaning) and it is not in cleaning mode. I cannot clear it and I cannot use the oven as none of the bake features will work. I cannot shut the door because the lock is sticking out. Please help.
