I am having an issue with the top oven not venting correctly after cooking, causing the top control panel to get extremely hot. I am not sure if this could be because of a blower fan not working, or a switch or timer that is supposed to keep this vent on after the oven is turned off to cool it. Can anyone help me understand this? I had a local service company come out, and spent a bunch of money, and they replaced the convection fan, when I think it was the blower fan that needed replacement. How can I figure this out?
