Basically a Fridgadaire FFET3025

Twice before last year after self cleaning Thermal Fuse 318578506 solved
bottom oven not heating but, not this time

Replace Thermal still no heat. fused removed had good continuity.

Display starts at 100 can hear relays/fan, other commands light up but, no broil
no bake

Suspect Control Board 316443816 or Relay Board 316443913

What else can be wrong. Can either of those boards be access from the front
display panel. Believe oven needs to be pulled to access both.
