Replaced RF element(thought it was Bad) and sometimes it will come on and then sounds like a circuit breaker in back panel shuts it off, but will not come back on until you shut burner off for awhile. Then turn burner back on it will then shut off again and won't come back on. What is causing this and what part # do I need to fix It? Thanks for any input, John
