I am currently in the Navy over in Italy and trying to repair an GE smooth top oven for our work space. It was donated and trying to get it to work and here is the issue. The clock and control will not come on. The burners still work but not the control. When we got it someone had taken the control off so i put it back together with the diagram supplied but not sure if it is right. When i open the oven door it pops the breaker, so i disoconnected the light and that fixed the popping the breaker issue. The oven control still will not come on. Can someone help with what wire go where so i can make sure i have them hooked up correctly. Then give me some options to check.

I was unable to find a wire diagram on your model and to be honest it sounds to be more involved to advise without being there.
