I have two problems with this appliance:

1) The back right hand heating element enters an error code after heating up for several minutes and makes a loud wailing noise.

2) The front left hand heating element will not turn off and keeps operating on hi. Indicator panel shows HE only. Only way to rectify i9s to trip `stove' breaker on house main electric panel board.

You thoughts and/or recommendations on repair.
