Hi,

We bought a house with a Thermador Pro model PD364GEB S/05, serial number 39510008365 600012 in it. When we bought the house the stove did not work except for the griddle. We had to replace the mother board and all was well for about 2 years. Then the door hinge receiver slots failed which was another $500 plus. Now the electric griddle will not turn on. The blue light comes on to indicate that it is working but there is no heat in the coils. I am pretty handy, but I don't even know where to start trouble shooting and it is damn near impossible to get a shop manual for the unit. Please let me know your thoughts because I'm out of ideas!
