Hi,

While replacing a garbage disposal I shut down the circuit breaker toy home. When I turned it back on the new disposal worked fine, but my stove will not turn on. Is there a circuit reset somewhere on the stove or is there any other way to get the stove working again?

Cannot say, need a model number.
Find your model number - AppliancePartsPros.com

Even then if it is old info may not be available.

Check the power.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
Check the voltage at the wall receptacle
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on.

Here are your parts.
You will have to choose a unit from the Matching Model Numbers section as you seem to be missing the last two digits of the model number.

Parts for 38JN2CX - AppliancePartsPros.com

I cannot find any tech info on this unit so all I can suggest is to check the power.

The parts do show a Block Fuse Assembly (item 2 in section 2) but then it does not show any fuses so I do not know why they use the word fuse in the description.
