So........ It seems my oven doesn't get as hot as I set it to. (350 doesn't get up to 350) for example. Some foods are not cooking through at times specified. I put a thermometer inside the oven to see what its actually getting to. It always states a lower temp than what I set the oven to. However, it seems to be intermittent in the actual cooking times and food doneness. Basically, it cooks thru at times and is not done at times. We just replaced the lower igniter a few months ago. Could it be the thermostat?
