Hello, my mom has a Thermador range and the bake (bottom) element won't get hot.
Broiler element works fine.
Smaller size oven works fine.
light turns on to indicate the oven has been turned on.
Oven cleaning mode doesn't work.

I removed the bake element with its leads and tested the Ohms on the bake element and it said (12.3ohms). Is that good for this oven?

Any other areas I should check. Thank you for your help because she can't afford a service call at this point.
