I recently bought a house that had a GE Range model# JB960WY4WW in it. Range was bought new in March of 1999. As far as I can tell everything works, except the night light feature. Thinking it was just a bulb, I replaced it. Still not working correctly. What is happening is that the light does not like to turn on when I push the switch. I have to hold the switch in for upwards of 10 minutes before it even tries to flicker. Other times it won't turn on at all and I give up. It is a 3 position switch; off, on, start. I have tried one other bulb with the same results. It is not a feature that is critical to the operation of the range, but I would like it to work. Not just for a night light, but also for a surface light when using the cooktop. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Thank you
