This is a double wall oven.
I Started cooking at 425 for 1 hour 10 min, 30 min into it I wanted to check how it was going. I turned on the oven light and every thing went blank. no beeps no lights no nothing.
Can this be the Control Panel thermal sw? or is it the whole Control Panel?

With Power on I had power to the wire harness side of the fuse and Nothing on the P7-1post.

By the sound of it you already have the tech sheet.

Yes this indicates that the thermal fuse blew.

I cannot say if it blew because of the board or something else.

You may have a problem with a light socket or a bulb.
