I have an Amana oven that won't light unless the broiler is lit first. If I try to light the oven by itself the display acts like it is lighting but the igniter never starts to glow and the ignition cycle ends. If I light the broiler first and then end the cycle and then start the oven ignition cycle the oven igniter glows and lights with no problems and oven works fine.

I replaced the igniter first before trying the broiler work around because it had failed before. That is how I knew the igniter was not the issue.

Is there anything lese it could be besides the control panel?
