We recently used the self cleaning mode and since the oven comtroller says it is working but neither element heats up. does this oven have a thermal fuse, if so where is it located, if not what could be the problem?

Correct, neither element heats up and they appear to be ok

Yes it shows a thermal fuse.

Note I just helped a person, the parts and tech sheet showed a thermal cutoff bo there was not one in the unit.
