Hello, I am trying to fix our GE oven and have come to a bit of a standstill. I took off the back covers and checked voltage from the wall to the fuse box, out to the temperature control switch and from the switch to the elements. I had 120 outgoing from the switch to each leg of the element (Meter leads on the neutral from the power cord to each element leg). I did not have 240 between the two element legs however, nor did I between any two connections on the switch. I did check the incoming voltage and I didnt lose a phase from the outlet, have 240 throughout the stove, just not at the elements. Does it sound like a faulty switch/thermostat? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
