My self cleaning upper double oven is locked. I cleaned the lower unit and the top unit has locked. A code F9-2 is displayed. I have tripped the breaker and left if off for 30 minutes and pressed cancel multiple times. What do I do now?

You will have to join the site and be logged in to be able to download it.
Also do not rush once you enter the site as you have to be on it a couple minutes before you can download things.

The error is a switch error but may also be a problem with the control board or a bad wire/connection.
