When I set tempin top oven it immediately says its 245 degrees. After 5 minutes the buzzer rings that it is at the set temp. Not! It takes an extremely long time to get to heat up and then the I have to set it to say, 375 for a 350 temp

First try removing power from the unit for a few minutes to see if it will reset.

If this does nothing remove power (flip the breaker off) and check the oven sensor with a meter.

If it is OK check both elements with a meter.

If OK , odds are that the control board is toast.

Note you may also need a new overlay as it looks to be peel and stick and the often get fuined trying to remove them from the old board.
