Not really a repair question. I am getting ready to replace my 26 year old Thermador (model ECV36) with one of the new Thermador cooktop. I've repaired and replaced parts on this old one for the last 15 years now and I think it's time for a new one.
So does anybody know if my existing vent (model CV2236)will match up to one of the new Thermador cooktops? Nothing wrong with my vent. So I would like to keep that and just replace the cooktop. Thank you.
