Sometimes oven does not heat when temp is selected, nor does convection fan come on, then try next day and oven works fine. Sometimes top oven will be working correctly but the bottom unit will not heat. When ovens decide not to work, broiler or convection will not function either. I suspect control board, perhaps the one with logic and not relays. Please advise on which part I need to order. Thanks

I agree with you that the most likely culprit is the control board (item 20 in section 03)

And would you still think it is the control board if/when oven stops heating I can bump the oven and it comes on again? I also notice higher failure after oven heats for about 45 minutes, almost always stops working, however it always cooks fine for 20 minute pizzas, etc. thanks, just making sure before I order.

And I'm just wondering if when I bump the oven and it works again, if the bump is not jarring a stuck relay? If so, then the board and not control would be bad, right? Thanks again

Could be but may also be a bad solder joint on a board or a bad connector.
You could remove the board and check the the solder jonts. A bad (cold) solder joint is often a duller silver color also it may have pin holes. A magnifying glass comes in handy when doing this. Then if you find one/some re-solder them.

I do not know how hard the bump you give it is. perhaps try being gentlr and just bump by the control panel. If that works then the panel is the more likely culprit.

You may also want to try the following.
Connector Cleaning / Checking
Unplug the unit
Open it up
Remove the ribbon cable from the keypad to the control board at the control board.
Clean the edge connector. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.
If it is the type where there is not a connector just the insulation is removed, it can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as it is too abrasive.
Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for hairline cracks. A magnifying glass helps here.
Would not hurt to clean the connector on the board. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush. Be gentle and do not reconnect till all the solvent evaporates.
Reconnect everything and give it a try.

I cannot say. All you can do is take a shot and hope for the best.

Note that if you order it from AppliancePartsPros and it does not fix the problem you can return it. Please see theit return policy.
