We have a double oven that it seems all of a sudden both upper elements do not work in either oven. When the upper oven didn't heat and we noticed the upper element wasn't working we tried to use the bottom oven and that's when we noticed the upper element didn't work in it either.

What is odd about this is that we use the upper oven all the time but over the 10 years we have had it we have probably only used the bottom a dozen times.

Any help on this would be great.
