I have found that attempting to replace old control board 9782455 with a new one that the connectors P4 & P5 are different on the new board.P4 & P5 connect to the touch pad + glass board. The cables from the touch pad are clear flat types with a small black plastic connector which when inserted into P4 & P5 connectors engage an expanding mechanism on their ends. If I could find the new equivalent mates to the 9782455 board, I would be happy. These mates just slip on the ends of the clear flat cable and anchor with the use of small cut outs on each side of the cables.
Any advice on where I might get them? Are all new board replacements for this oven function, the same way? Must I purchase the touch pad board too for compatibility -we would like to use our stove soon.
