Hi, David.

The F14 error code means that control board is not sensing the touch panel connection. So you need to turn the breakers off and get behind the control panel to check on the connectors. Unplug and replug them to the control board. That, in most cases takes care of the problem. If the problem still persists you will need to replace the control board.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and parts list for your oven:

Model E30EW85ESS2

The main control board Part number: AP3844870
Part number: AP3844870

Good luck. Please keep us posted with the results.

Thank you,

Simon.

Hi, David.

At this point you have replaced all the key parts. Unless you had a faulty replacement part there is not much I can help you with. If you purchased the control panel and the control board from us you can return or exchange them within one year.

Sorry and thank you,

Simon.
