I have a thermador double oven range PRSE486GLS.

The heating element in the small oven on the left will not turn on--the broiler element works fine above it. I had checked continuity and tested the bake element across 120v outside of the stove and it heats up and works fine. I had the thermostat rebuilt. I also checked the voltage at the terminals at the bake element when not installed and see 115v when the oven dial is turned on. So there is some main voltage across the element when the oven knob is turned on and the heating red LED comes on but the current may be limited or just leaking through the bake element.

I think the element wires go back to the oven control board(part 00415042).
Does this oven control board sound like the problem? Or is there someplace else I should look.

Can I get to the oven control board from the front lower panel or do I have to pull this behemoth away from the wall

I've had the local repair guy look at it and he's given up. He does not know enough about this older complex design to diagnose, nor does Bosch/Thermodor support these units any longer.
Thanks for your expertise in diagnosis or next steps!
