Kenmore Pro Dual fuel range model #79079523600. The bake element burned out on this oven and was replaced. The new bake element will not turn off now. There are no error codes. If the oven is set to 400 it will reach this temperature and beep but the bake element keeps heating the oven. I put a rack thermometer in it and it kept heating up to 550 when set at 400. If I then turned the oven dial up to 500 it would beep and say it's at temperature. When the bake element was broken the convection oven would work and shut off when the correct temperature was reached. What part needs replacing that turns off the bake element when temperature is reached? Would this be the temperature control thermostat? Or a relay somewhere that's broken. Thank you for the help.
